Aviation Investments & Specialized Services, LLC (AISS) is a Florida-based company established on January 15, 2025 , specializing in three distinct, core services for aircraft owners and operators across the Americas: aircraft brokerage, management, and distribution of parts and equipment.

Our model is built on providing tailored, high-quality solutions. We guide clients through the entire acquisition process and handle all ongoing legal, technical, and regulatory compliance needs.

Leadership: Mr. Jorge Octavio Lara Viteri, President

Mr. Lara, the 100% owner of AISS, will serve as President, setting the vision, mission, and strategic goals. His qualifications include:

  • Experience: 45 years of experience in military, airline, and corporate aviation, with an impeccable professional record.
  • Expertise: Skilled in domestic, international, and oceanic flight routes, and experienced in managing corporate flight departments and flight operations.
  • Role: He will oversee management, maintenance, fleet organization, client relationships, and ensure compliance with ICAO, FAA, and other regulations.

Future Personnel (Year 5)

By the end of Year 5, AISS is projected to have 15 in-house employees, in addition to using Independent Contractors:

  • President: 1
  • Aircraft Pilots: 5
  • Flight Attendants: 6
  • Mechanics: 3
